About m4ma

m4ma GmbH builds solutions around the rental building. Each solution talks to one party, in that party’s language.

A rental building involves many people: tenants, managers, owners, flat hunters. Each sees the same building from a different side. So instead of one program for everybody, we build a solution for each, and connect them behind the scenes.

milo* · tenantmieterOS* · managerprovenum* · ownerCross-section of one slat: three sides, one axis.

Three sides of one platform*

milo*, mieterOS* and provenum* are not three separate programs. They are three sides of a single platform: for tenants, for property managers and for owners. What happens on one side shows up on the others.

A tenant reports damage in milo*. The property manager handles it in mieterOS*. The owner reads in provenum* what comes of it.

Alongside, CLEOenergy pools the energy demand of whole portfolios, while Future of Property Management* and Zukunft Immobilienwirtschaft (in German) bring industry know-how to the people who need it.

What we do, and what we don’t

What we do

  • We look after everything that concerns tenants: conversations, reports, documents, services.
  • We make that data available wherever managers and owners need it.
  • We build a solution of its own for everyone involved, rather than one program for all.

What we don’t

  • We don’t replace your property manager.
  • We don’t replace your property management software.

Your property manager stays. Your software stays. We take care of what lies between it and the tenants.

The solutions around the rental building

Each solution has its own page, its own colour and its own readers.
