Three sides of one platform*
milo*, mieterOS* and provenum* are not three separate programs. They are three sides of a single platform: for tenants, for property managers and for owners. What happens on one side shows up on the others.
A tenant reports a defect in milo*. The property manager handles it in mieterOS*. The owner reads in provenum* what comes of it.
Alongside, CLEOenergy pools the energy contracts of whole portfolios and brokers them, while Future of Property Management* and Zukunft Immobilienwirtschaft (in German) bring industry know-how to the people who need it.
